At LWS (Live With Style), A Unit of Shikhit Exports, every product is carefully selected and prepared with care. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • The item must not have been damaged, altered, or used by the customer.
  • Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customized products.
  • Made-to-order products.
  • Bridal gowns.
  • Personalized art pieces.
  • Intimate wear.
  • Final-sale items.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photographs of the item.
  • Any additional information requested by our team.

Please do not ship the item back before receiving return approval and instructions from LWS.

3. RETURN APPROVAL AND INSPECTION

Once your return request is received, our team will review the information provided.

If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending the item back.

After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, the return may be rejected and the refund may not be issued.

4. REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and approved following inspection:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where applicable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated during the return process.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. EXCHANGES

Size or colour exchanges are subject to availability.

Before returning an item for an exchange, please contact us so that we can confirm whether the requested size or colour is available.

Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the item.
  • Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label, where applicable.

After verification, LWS may arrange a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by LWS after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send a return to the business address listed below unless specifically instructed by our team.

Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated during the return process.
